Whether its thoughts or feelings, mind or heart, the real issue goes beyond the matter of asserting, gaining, or realigning control. The Heart and Mind are only mechanisms. The Reason for the mechanisms is the issue. The issue is (penetrating the layers concealing layers that conceal layers until one can) access origin.

Obseve a person. The first things one perceives about another are the external aspects: costume and features. If one decides to examine further, then comes aspects of the individual   more...which strke relevance and/or concordance. But neither relevance nor concordance bespeak either the nature, design, or purpose of the individual. So, we must go beyond that layer.

Since the "spacesuit" of the un-costumed is also a costume, and also NOT the person...but a representation of externality... what's inside the spacesuit?

True: there is a brain and a heart; which interact with>Bodly functions designed to locomote, procreate, acquire energy for sustainance, remove wastes, adapt to external changes in age and enviornment, acquire sensory imput, compute and manipulate imput and output, perceive thoughts and feelings, communicate to externalities, and the mechanisms capable of transcending the dimensional.

ALL of the aforementioned are constructs, imputs, outputs, manifestations, and manipulations of Energy. Therefore the mechanisms of the brain and heart are also costumes concealing yet another layer. An enviorment predicated on the frequency (frequencies) and/or harmonics of a family of energy. And you might ask -- But Why a Family of Energy?

The "Here and Now" stipulates that Energy can neither be created nor destroyed by ordinary chemical means. We also know that all forms of energy can be converted to a different form of energy. Therefore it could be extrapolated that these forms of energy are inter-related. Things that are inter-related are called a family. More properly stated, they are the children of the family...having the same or dis-similar characteristics of brothers and sisters. So where are the progenitors of this family?

If the progeny exist, but we don't seem to be able to observe the cause (progenitor), then the family must extend beyond our 5 senses. There must be extensions to our Reality that go beyond the 5 senses, AND also beyond our reality...into dimensionalities.

Wherefore, we are brought back to the brain and the heart. These are the mechanisms which, when properly functioning, and properly tuned to the frequencies and/or harmonics, are the "VEHICLES" for accessing the Energy Family and highways and ALL that is contained amongst that network

The problem is that the individual persists under the label of "I". "I" is an ifinitely small part of a vastly larger multi-dimensional whole. If the individual realized that each "i" had an inherent capacity to transcend the here and now, then each "i" would realize that they were capable of also being part of that "family" of energy. Then "i" becomes WE. Ultimately, we becomes ONE. The merger of the output of the collective creation with the imput of creation...and the merger into the Idenity/creator = Unity
