I was once lost in creating a clay sculpture, feeling as though the piece were telling me what to do in its own creation. It was a spiritual experience, like an energy working its way through me- I was the conduit for it and I was grateful.

I think that, for myself, the creative process and the creation have equal value. I've stayed up until four in the morning, spending hours to find two lines to a poem, and then getting up three hours later for work - fully satisfied. Getting lost in   more...
