Según la noticia, "los datos fueron divulgados por un hacker en el sitio de tecnología Fayer Wayer y en el de contenidos varios El Antro, donde se publicaron archivos more...de varias instituciones públicas y privadas, entre ellas el Servicio Electoral, el Ministerio de Educación y de compañías de teléfonos. Los datos contenían los nombres, direcciones, teléfonos comerciales y particulares, correos electrónicos e información académica y social de los afectados
".El autor de la filtración explicó que su idea era "mostrar lo mal protegidos que están los datos en Chile" y que "nadie se esmera en proteger esta información", por eso él la hacía pública "para todo el mundo".
La publicación de estos archivos es penada por la legislación chilena. Los archivos fueron retirados ya de los sitios donde fueron publicados, según aclararon sus administradores.»
Curiosa mentalidad: para "castigar" el "descuido" de las instituciones, se violan los datos privados de millones de particulares, que ninguna culpa tienen de ello. less | |
