6/29/08 Update - I made this video for Ruslana last december. A girl with such a kind heart and unreal beauty which I had the pleasure of meeting in person. more...Never could I ever have imagined that in less than a year from the time I put this tribute up here, she would be gone. I am hurt beyond words and can barely write this out. Right now I can only think of Ruslana.
Rest in peace, Ruslana. You were truly an angel walking among us. I hope you have the peace you so desperately sought. You will be missed more than you'll ever know. less

| | | | |  | If Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. were alive to see the progress? You mean like if he was scooped up by aliens from another planet and they brought him back more...after almost 39 years?
Martin might break out in to uncontrolable sobs of sadness on many levels, He would and they would be many things to be hopeful as well!
I don't think anyone person has taken the the torch of peace that Martin had, which was passed to him by Gandhi, NO New single individual has become the outfront peace leader, but I think 1,000,000's of people, in their own way are doing things which leaves positive imprints on the hearts of others all over the globe.
So maybe we shoud be spending this Holiday talking up all those things that are making small changes in a big way. Like when you get a chance to see things like Oprah putting a School for GIRLS IN Africa, that is a very good thing! The good from that is like ripples in water, effecting change for many generations.
And there are many humans on this planet who are making positive changes, from the person who collects food at a bank, to the doctor that goes to a place that has no doctors, to the cast a crew of the Daily Show with Jon Stewart who shed light on political lies to the people at MoveOn.org or CommonDreams.org and many, many, other things.
The Dream is so great, it needs the work of generations. We're just not done yet!
