Old WNYW ollie is trying hard to say what he is supposed to be saying, but you can hear the stress in his voice from the struggle.

The image at that time, that he incorrectly calls the south tower, can only be the north tower and the smoke looks to be more...

Well it is obvious that planes did hit the towers because you can clearly see the outline of the wings where they made contact with the buildings.
