It apears that way because the camra is zoomed in at the tower . When that happennes the background will apear to move faster when the chooper is flying by. GEEEZ Think

The background shouldn't rotate while the foreground doesn't. It's a major screwup and PROOF THAT THE VIDEO IS FAKE. Looks like NewYorkStang loves terrorism. I wonder why he hates the victims so much. Why did 3,000 people have to die for NewYorkStang?
