| | Monday, November 5, 2007 at 3:16 AM | | "My Brother's Wedding" was Charles Burnett's 1st color feature film. He is now acknowledged as one of the landmark independent filmmakers in the world.
Sebastian Dehi, the Ivory Coast novelist, is in the late stages of editing "Love Doesn't Grow on Trees." This was the first film that I directed for someone else. It should be ready for exhibition sometime in 2008.

| Sunday, October 21, 2007 at 4:30 AM | | My Friend, Mr. Charles Burnett, is showing 3 of his films at the Armand Hammer Museum on Saturday, October 27, 2007 in Los Angeles. I was his Production Manager, Film Editor and I played a cameo role in "My Brother's Wedding." We began the film in 1983 and finished in 1985. In 2007, Mr. Burnett re-edited the movie and added a 2nd director. I'll be there at the screening at the Billy Wilder Theater, located in the courtyard of the Armand Hammer Museum. The address is 10899 Wilshire Blvd. The nearest more...cross street is Westwood Blvd. The film shows at 7:30 pm. To get tickets, one should get there around 6:30 pm.
Mr. Burnett's most recent feature film: "Namibia: A Struggle for Liberation" will be the featured movie for the Pan African Film Festival in February of 2008 in Los Angeles. Danny Glover and Carl Lumbly star in this vehicle about the life of Sam Nujoma, the first President of Namibia. The film is about S.W.A.P.O., the Southwest People's Liberation Organization in the 1960's

| Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 2:26 AM | | Segment # 4 of "HUM" my mini digital feature film is now on the LiveVideo channel. I plan to upload Segment # 5 of "HUM" on October 1, 2, of 2007. If I don't meet those dates, they will be shown on October 6, 7, of 2007. I will continue to shoot additional segments throughout the Fall of 2009.

Today the fastest growing religion in the World is islam. Spreading through intellect and Wisdom. In islam before we believe we have to get the evidence of the religion to be committed without any doubt and to live contently. Muslims do not look more...islam as a normal religion, but as a whole system of life, which gives all answers about this life and hereafter. Many people do not think how they came to this life and what is waiting for them after death. They just do not want to think about their death although they must meet it …..
Some people have no decisive proof for their belief, therefore they believe in their religions emotionally or through imitation. Some of them think that you just have to have faith without clear proof. However when it comes to normal things in life people apply a lot of thought such as buying a car, house, choosing a University course or which bank to join, so how can it be that when it comes to the most important questions about life; which define the purpose of our lives that we should just have 'faith' without being convinced absolutely.
It is therefore vital for a Muslim to believe in the existence of Allah (swt) without any doubt whatsoever and to believe in the Prophethood of Muhammad (saw) and that the Qur'an is the final revelation sent by Allah (swt) to humanity. Islam is unlike all the other religions as it has a decisive proof that convinces the mind.
Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world. Islam is going to dominate many Places in USA and Europe in the next few years, and is now a fiery revival sweeping much of the planet from Africa to Asia to Latin America to Europe to USA.
The number of Europeans, Americans, Latinos and Africans converting to Islam is growing rapidly ~
