I don't really use the livecam much since i like to make my videos out and about and i don't like the quality, but as for videos not playing 2 or 3 or the videos i've uploaded have done that in the past and i had to re upload them. Oh well ;-)

I've got a video that's taking 2 hours just to upload, let alone ENCODE!!!

i dont really review my videos if i use the quick cam. i just do the video and then forget what i said.

I do that on the shorter ones, but on the longer ones I like to review them to see if they'll even play ;-)
