Its no proublem it put some back in.If your going to keep it get some new cans, if not then just save the money for a new bike. How about the new gsx650.It would be a good move for you.The sv650 is also hard to beat..The bikes you mentioned will have   more...

not crazy over the sv650 but i hear that it is a good bike.

Yeah, I think as long as it is in good condition it will be ok... When I put after market pipes on my ninja its being installed by the dealer so I have paper-work on it. But If I saw a bike with a nice pipe on it or a good looking pipe and I knew it   more...

I wouldn't say mods decrease the value of the bike, but they sure as hell aren't going to raise it for anyone other than yourself. When someone's buying a used vehicle, they really don't care what kind of muffler is on it, or whatever. Sure, it'd be   more...

yeah

i know when i was looking for a bike i would have paid extra if it had a nice pipe on it.

Well... they ARE stock pipes... just missing some parts lol. OH I have muzzies on the way for me! And a jet kit! Wooo!

its gonna be sweet!

My comment was just a general observation on buying used vehicles. If I had this bike, and planned on keeping it for a little while, I'd be doing the same thing! Hell, I installed a slip-on can on my SV about 2 weeks after I bought it. You're gonna   more...

A lot of potential buyers will see performance (or even just muffler) mods as a red flag. "This seller might be some yahoo who thrashes his bike". When I'm looking for a used vehicle, I'm looking for stock.

that sucks because i already took the drill to it,,,

I don't think that any mod will increase the value of a bike but depending on what it is it could hurt the resale value. The Ninja 250 is a entry level bike so someone that is interested in buying one used is more likely going to want something that   more...

Look at the ZZR 600 if you want a great 600 Sportbike that still has the classic look and it wont break the bank on insurance either.

yeah its a sports-touring bike, same as my CBR1000F, doesnt kill my wrist like some of the other bikes do.
a friend of mine has a ZZR6, still a big fan of Honda though.
