How did your art come to be?
I have a whole suitcase full of drawings! I have been drawing cartoon characters ever since I can remember. My first drawing I did was on the wall. My mom hated when I drew all over the walls, but my father only encouraged me. he gave me a piece of paper and a pencil and I quickly started drawing the perfect circle. 4 years old was when I started drawing. Never had a lesson in my life on how to draw cartoon characters. In art class, all we did was work on shading and sketching. Drawing buildings, trees, hands, animals and using clay. I sucked at clay! I was enspired by other cartoon and even anime artists and I learned from the examples of others.
When did you start liking Anime?
When I first saw Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, Tenchi Muyo and Yu Yu Hakusho, I became hooked. Their expressions were hilarious beyond all American cartoons, except Sponge Bob. But I saw these Anime before Sponge Bob came out. Over the years I have become a huge fan of Japanese cartoons.
How did you get interested in Kingdom Hearts?
My uncle bought the first game 'Kingdom Hearts' and let me play it for a little while. That game was kind of a downer for me at first, but then I decided to give Kingdom HeartsII a chance. I was blown away on how awesome the game play was. There was so much stuff to do in that game.
The Nobodies are what drew me in the most. I'm not sure why, but I just took a liking to these guys. Organization XIII. I was hooked. So hooked that I bought the Japanese guide book of all the final mix versions including Chain Of Memories online, knowing damn well that I can't read Japanese.
I do have some translations for Kingdom Hearts 'Another Report'.
