| | | | | Only in Vegas - Restaurant Opera! - Part I | Only in Vegas, Baby! Last night, my family and I were at dinner at the Canaletto Ristorante Veneto more...at the Venetian in Las Vegas, beside the indoor canal. While we were eating, a band came out to play in the grand square there when, suddenly, this man at a table next to us full of VERY ITALIAN men (though I overheard the actual singer telling someone 'I'm not Italian, but my son is...') broke out into the most amazing Opera singing I've ever heard. So beautiful! The entire casino was brought to silence to listen to him, then gave him a tremendous applause and demanded an encore. I have his complete, and amazing encore performance (the one shown here was only the ending of his initial suprise burst into amazing song...) but I need to find a way to shrink the file down first, so either subscribe to the channel or add me to your friends list and when I have the encore up, I'll let you know... less

| Friday, November 9, 2007 at 9:19 AM | | My partner Nick and I thought of some funny ideas this week involving the WGA strike so we figured we'd shoot them and post them to hopefully on our LiveVideo.com/VeryPerplexingPictures.com website. Hopefully, they'll lighten everyone's mood in town and try to pursuade both sides of this dispute to get back in the room together and figure out a speedy compromise to the situation. As writers, we naturally side with the writers and hope the producers and studios of this town will find it in their hearts and pocketbooks to share a little more...bit of the wealth with the people originally responsible for all these little TV shows and movies the town is fueled on (it all comes down to the script people), but, again, we wish both sides can find a legitimate compromise first and foremost rather than ruin the entertainment industry in the eyes of audiences (who turned on the baseball and basketball leagues during their strikes) as we slug it out here in Hollywood... less | |

(And like most sequels, more...it DOES NOT live up to it's predecessor... just a cheap ploy to make some extra studio bucks...).
