YES! I got the bike out of winter storage for 3 days of great riding! There was still snow on the ground but it was fun none the less... can't wait till next warm spurt so I can jet out again!

Bike's finally all done, the last peices came in and got put on today... (Backordered for the last 2months basicly). So time to wax her up and show her off!

Well a new helmet and about a thousand dollars later my bike is fixed and I'm riding again...

The Shoei RF-1000 that I bought is a godsend compared to my old scorpion EVO400... so much quieter and a better fit all around.

The bike basicly is in and out of the shop still just getting the cosmetics fixed but it runs like a charm still... =)

I'll post more updates as they come.

Things whent downhill... Yesterday, I was run off the road into a ditch by a stupid driver tail gating me down a country road. To try to get away from him I signal'd to make a turn off onto a side road. This is when he didn't slow down and forced me to turn at too great of a speed... Zero room and no time to brake I ended up tearing all the ligaments in my left leg when the bike slid out and I hit the gravel shoulder. The driver was about 5-6 feet away from me when I began to signal and ended up   more...being almost inches from hitting me before I started to turn.

...So the bike is a write off, my helmet as well... I seem to be ok now that I'm on a serious amount of pain killers.

Oh and he didn't stop either, thankfully many other motorist stopped and helped me until the paramedics arrived.

Thank you to the people who stopped and helped... and to the motorist... I hope you realize that you shouldn't ever drive again...  less
