the reason you were slipping more on the second race is because people were trying to stay in the throttle more and reduce steering inputs in the sicaines so they were dragging dirt all over the track, thus make it feel like your driving on ice. have more...

The sliding reminds me of a track I drove on that was flat with concrete and had 180 degree turns with a varnish painted on it to make it slippery. It was Scandanavian flick time every lap. Once I got those corners worked out it was funny to plan it more...

and do they have the really fast karts their yet? I'm sure those will be fun on the high speed track once it gets cleaned! :D
