It seemed kinda strange at first when i was in Taiwan or now living in Japan that there are SOO many stray cats and dogs running around, fighting, etc...

Somehow I don't remember it being like that back in Canada.

also a point to be made would be that if someone is getting a dog, go to the pound for one...
under no circumstances should you go to a breeder, you'd just contribute to a big fucking problem...

Here in US you can't get the dog from the shelter/pound unless they spay/neuter first and they do it at low cost. That's how we got Ziggy, the dog starring in a few of my videos.
First something needs to be done about all those dogs running around more...

Your ex-coworker who doesn't want to neuter his dog because he wants him to fuck other dogs is a retard. My dog is neutered (I adopted him from a shelter and they REQUIRE) you to bring the dog back when they're old enough to be neutered/spayed.
