was it legal in your province to make uturns in the first place? I got a ticket for making a u-turn in a protected left turn (where I thought It was the safest time to do it) but of course there was an unmarked police car waiting...

sorry, i mean legal back in canada... ^^ i live in Japan now so that kind of thing is normal and encouraged here.... except for speeding.. everyone drives very slowly here... and you can't really buy your way out of things like speeding tickets here
