Great Video... One or two critic's about your knee down is that you don't move yer arse enough. Make it so that one butt cheek is off... and stick the shoulder / elbow out so that for example, when you turn right , your upper body is also leaning heavy more...

mate u got a proper lazy riding style, u need to move around more on the bike, push ya sholder into the corner and let the bike folow insted of making the bike do all the work. have a look at how the other guy was riding or one of my vids then look more...

Typical men... driving around and around in circles for hours and hours. Don't you know that if you had asked for directions, someone could have pointed you the way OFF of that track and on to an actual road!?!?

Yeah, it feels pretty unnatural sticking the leg out at a 90 degree angle. But just like with anything in life....the more you do it, the more you get used to it.
