| Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 2:49 PM | | I put my bike up today at the shop for the winter. I bought a set of frame sliders, and some Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs for springtime. Since I got the SV in June I put 6,750miles on it and completely thrashed the rear tire and put moderate wear on the front stock Dunlop D220. I made around 30 or forty videos on the bike probably, including the Ninja vlogs too I guess. Being my first riding season, I gotta say I love riding, I love the culture, I love that I can meet and chat with riders of all more...ages and styles everytime I go out. Its's exhilarating, what a rush.. In hindsight i rode too hard too soon for my skill level, but I survived and didn't crash or hurt myself. Going into next season with some fresh rubber and having gotten the fundamentals down (and then some) I hope I can get in a track day or too next summer but that takes time and money.. Anyway, ride safe, i'll be making random vlogs over the winter, and I'll try and figure out a way to vlog while snowboarding again.

probably the last motorcycle vlog I'll make this season. It starts off with me practicing some manuevers in an empty lot and then goes off from there. more... i'm sure ill be making some movies this winter season from the perspective of a snowboarder so that will be interesting. i did last year too, check the vids out they are up there.. one of them is kinda funny i bust my ass pretty bad if you have not watched that one already. less

The end of August brings the riding season one month closer to an end. In April i taught myself to ride a Ninja250r, at the end of June i sold it and more...bought Suzukisan. It's been an incredible season of riding and learning, thanks to everyone who provided advice and tips from livevideo, and to the locals and tourists who rode with me this year. It's not time to wax up your skiis yet, so lets make the most of it! less
