Located just north of Griffith Park, we lead all of our rides into Griffith Park and back via trails. Open everyday. 8am to 5pm (other hours by reservation) After your ride, please per your horse and tip your guide! Guided Trail more...Rides – For all experience levels. Beginners are welcome!
Just show up and ride any time between the hours of 8am and 5pm, daily (We are open 7 days a week)
Rides depart as frequently as 4 times an hour. Reservations are accepted for groups of 10 or more. However, even with a reservation, please allow up to one hour of additional time. Riders must be at least 6 years old and at least 4 feet tall. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Only one rider per horse. Rides consist mostly of walking with some trotting. No loping, cantering, galloping or running of the horses is permitted at any time. All rides go with an experienced trail guide. We recommend that riders wear long pants, closed toe shoes with a heel, long sleeve shirt and sunscreen. Riding helmets are provided at no extra charge and are required for riders under 18 years old. Riding helmets are optional for adults.
Cost $25.00 per hour (cash only please)
The cost to ride for additional hours, Monday thru Friday, except holidays is $25.00 - per additional hour. The cost for riders who are over 240 lbs and who want to ride a draft horse is $50.00 per rider per hour.
