My Teen Titans Madness videos taught me comedy videos are big in most fandoms. The Avatar fandom is no different; more...there are many comedy Avatar videos out there so I decided to throw my hat into the ring with this one right here. This was a blast to make, and toke about two months to put all together (and gather ideas). I tried hard not to repeat the mistakes of the past by flooding the video with text cards like in my Teen Titans Madness 2.0, so instead this is almost text-less. This video had a short life on YouTube before it was removed so I didn’t really get to see just how popular it would get. Warning: some censored language.

After the success of my Siege of the North Trailer, people kept asking me to make another trailer for Book Two. So I broke more...down and made this, which I think is one of my greatest videos to date. It’s a trailer for my fictional Avatar movie “The Search for Appa”. The “movie” would consist of the episodes The Library, The Desert, The Serpent’s Pass, The Drill, City of Walls and Secrets, certain parts of Tales of Ba-Sing-Se (namely Momo and Zuko’s tales), Lake Laogai, and all the different parts of Appa’s Lost Days broken up and placed in their proper chronological positions in the story line. All together it would be about the same length as the last Lord of the Rings movie. I decided to get much fancier in this video than with Siege of the North and used three music track instead of one, and a lot more fades to match the feel of the music. I think I pulled it off very well.

This video came about after a direct challenge from Rebel1369 (Rebel Creations) on YouTube. However, the whole “challenge” more...fell through and no winner was ever decided. This video is about Aang and all the turmoil he has to deal with. I used overlapping clip audio in this, making it the first time I ever used it in a music video. I made this video after Bitter Work I think it was, but definitely before The Library and The Desert otherwise I would have used clips from that in it for sure. This is one of my personal favorite videos, so enjoy.

This is a Robin/Starfire video. As time went on, I realized I wasn’t really interested in Teen Titans anymore, since the show had more...been canceled with all episodes aired, and I had pretty much moved on to Avatar. This video toke about 5 months to make, simply because I had lost almost all interest in it. However, since it was over half way done, I decided to finish it rather than scrap it. This is most likely my last Teen Titans video; I’ve really no interest in making anymore. Sorry, Titans fans.

This is definitely one of my most popular videos; it had over 13,000 views on YouTube before it was removed. A trailer more...for the Book One finale Siege of the North. This is the second time I fiddled with clip audio over a clip it didn’t come from, which is something windows movie maker can’t do naturally. The first time I tried it, I created the full video and exported it, then imported the full video into WMM and added clip audio to the video. The end result was sloppy and the picture quality suffered from the video being exported twice. What I did here works very well and I’ve used this technique ever since. Don’t bug me about what that technique is. Please. Experiment, figure it out for yourself, or make your own technique. Trust me, if you figure it out for yourself, you’ll be a lot better at it than if I told you.

My second Harry Potter video, this time having clips from the first four movies than from the first three. I finished this a few more...days after the release of the Goblet of Fire DVD that I had to rip from. Got the DVD the night it went on sale and finished the video about two days later, so this was done quickly. I tried to steer the focus away from Harry with this one and onto the other kids in the series, but when the movies are all about Harry for the most part, it was difficult to keep the focus off him. In the end this is mostly about Harry again, but not for lack of trying. This video is a great deal fancier than Scars as the song allowed me to do more fun stuff.

This video is not completely mine, but a collaboration of myself and two others, Sphere and Rosefire. Clearly this is a trailer for more...the fifth season of Teen Titans, more specifically, for the finale. The first portion of the video (the first 32 seconds) was all Sphere’s work. The second portion of the video, starting at 00:33 on the clock, was done by both myself and Sphere; Sphere did all the text cards in the video. The final part of the video, starting at 1:21, was entirely my doing, save for the text cards. Initially Rosefire was set to do everything I did but complications arose and she was unable to, so I filled in. But what she did do was create the general outline for most of the video, which I built off of.

Obviously, the sequel to Madness. It’s bigger, longer, and supposedly funnier. After making this, I realized what really dragged more...it down was too much reading and not enough action, which is something I made sure not to repeat in Avatar Madness. Once again, everyone seamed too really like the Robin/Slade sequence the best. That’s fine with me, as long as you’re laughing.
