I hate to disagree with your partner but I found your work on both instruments quite rythmic. I live 60 miles from Arkansas (pronounced Arkinsaw). Rock on my dear lady!!

No, its not a recorder, recorders are much more rounded. And I know its not a real one. I said it was an imitation worth about 50 pence but still sounded very good.

I can do a lot better when I'm actually making songs out of it. Lol, that is not how I normally play it. I was just testing it and playing looots of random notes :)

Very nice instruments ;-) Years ago use to play the recorder a little, i bet that Indian flute is a lot harder ;-)
