Glad to see from the comments below that sophie is doing alot better. I currently have a border collie but before him i had a Rough Collie (Lassie style dog) and he developed bad hip joints, he did really well though and seemed to cope well. He had pain more...

Thanks! She is completely back to herself now. I hope Sophie's hips are ok though. She loves her work and I want her to be able to work for as long as she wants to work.

I called an emergency vet the first time it happened and was told it didn't sound serious, but if it wasn't better the next day I could take her into a regular vet. Then she got better. LOL she always gets better when she hears the "V" word!

I love the way you care for your canine friend. You might want to break off the other end of that toothpick and put a piece of tape over the end so it doesn't puncture one of the other cells. : )

LOL you know what's weird. The toothpicks are pointy at both ends and they came in the patch kit for the cushion! The instructions for patching the cushion even says they are there for putting into the hole so you know where it is while you get the more...
