This house was a nice Victorian. it used construction techniques that don't exist anymore because of labor and materials cost.

The sentimental value is beyond measure.

Took a look at the satellite view and the property is like an oasis in the middle of a cluster fcuk of condo's and subdivisions. I hope someone in your family got some benefit out of the property. Yep nothing lasts forever. It is sad but just a fact more...

It used to be all farmland out there. At night it would be dark enough to see the Milky Way. I haven't seen that in years.

I don't recall exactly. It was before going down to Deals Gap. But it was earlier this year.

I hope not. The township purchased the property as part of their open space program to prevent developers from building too many houses. The infrastructure (roads, schools, etc) are unable to handle the load of more people.
