For a self admitted, non mechanically inclined sort, you are quite brave. Nice work. I probably wouldn't show this vid to the helmet manufacturer, though. Probably give somebody a stroke.

Great vid, really enjoyed it, but I would seriously question the safety of that helmet now. Surely that has to be the single point of failure in a crash?

Dummies guide? Man I know you're not very smart but I wouldn't call yourself a dummy...... : )

I dd it that way because I "thought" that's how those books were titled...if I'm wrong then I guess I am the dummy. And yeah those are turds, I know a turd when I see one.

Just kidding man.....besides if you were the dummy you would have typed "Dummy's guide" right? Unless....you meant to type that and were too dumb....haha. Cool vid....wish I had a cam to vlog with. Also....those rough little things are called burs   more...

This is a great tutorial. Keep it coming. I still haven't been able to locate a new AFS1 locally. There were a few dealerships that were closed today so I will try again tomorrow. If you could can you give me the name/number of a dealer near you   more...

I'll make a few calls for your tomorrow.....until then ebay has 3 of them of the large variety. There are always a few floating around there.

Great series of vids. You might tape a vaccum cleaner hose to your desk and use the vaccum to remove the airborne dust.

Good point. We always do that when drilling into gyprock. The nozzle is held right up to the drill bit. Saves a LOT of dust.
