Good GRAVY! Those are some pretty awful presents.

Someone in my life is well known for giving .... well, not exactly useful or needed gifts. I got a Christmas wreath one year which, while rather pretty, had thousands of tiny balsam cones stuck on with more...

Don't know if this will work, but next year, I'm going to do my darnedest to convince everyone in the family to give only gift certificates to each person's favorite shop or store. This way, everyone can get exactly what they truly like.

Probably won't have...

Despite our telling our 83 year-old mother that we are all grown adults who have everything we need, she believes that we will think less of her unless she gets us a gift... any gift.

We would all rather that she spends her money more...

Was that ornament from beyond also a picture frame? Tacky, tacky, tacky... But the microwave kitty was just sick. However, I could use a good pair of farting slippers.

ok I would take the cat neck warmer only cause my neck hurts, the santa socks cause I know the teens wouldn't take them on me and the old fart slippers cause well they just look like fun hehehe...(((hugs)))
