My Dad's would cook his favorite oyster soup. Mom always said it stunk up the kitchen. Good memories, thanks.

I am not fond of oysters unless cooked and smoked, my wife likes them raw

I have tried once collecting them at the sea, had some sand in it, finish eating LOL

Truly amazing. I've never seen such a low tide! The sea is so full of mysteries, isn't it!

I never saw anything like this low tide. Amazing. The oysters and mussels that were for sale, were they cooked? Or, are they eaten raw? Another good video.~~~LYnn

Thanks for your answer, Georg. I'm always kind of afraid to come off looking really stupid by asking questions. I always have questions.

Posted Apr 17, 08 by Georgswa
You always have good questions....

Oysters are eaten raw with a dash of lemmon. They are also nice when cooked or smokes. Mussels are cooked, i make them here myself on occasions

Thanks for your comment
