Do the geese graze there, in your yard? Or, are they simply resting from migration? Either way, they must really be shy of man. Too many hunters around I suppose. I've only been out, once, goose hunting. After I found out they mated for life, I couldn't more...

They actually graze there.

There is one pair that have setup a nest on the far side of the pond. I hope to get some recording of mamma on her nest. Maybe pappa will stop by to attack me.

I don't shoot the geese. I'm not a hunter in spite of my fine more...
