I love these floating, airy tours you give us of your paintings. I like getting lost in the details of them. I'm not always smart enough to figure out what they're about, but I have fun making it up as I go.

This one's about trade. About confusion as to the origins of goods. About trading for 100's of years east to wet without trading understanding of culture. The breeds all originated in the far east and were packed in with the china to make there way west. more...

Yes! Made in England to look Chinese! I love blue willow - my mother and grandmother's pattern.
