Fox "Hatred" (Me) vs. Wolf (lvl 9 CPU)
-------------
After a battle that seemed to last for hours, Darkness fell, and Hatred stepped over him.
Hatred: "No more...way was I gonna let a puppy beat me."
He stomped on Darkness's chest, causing him to scream.
Wolf: "Why are you two fighting?"
Darkness: "I'm trying to avenge our family, brother... please... help me..."
Wolf: "What are you talking about? I have no brother!"
Darkness: "You saw those skeletons, didn't you? Those were our parents! Hatred killed them!"
Wolf: "My... parents? No way... no way!"
Darkness: "It's true, Wolf... please, believe me! Defeat Hatred! Avenge our family, your friends, and everyone else!"
Hatred stomped on Darkness again. This time, there was a sound, like branches falling off of a tree. Darkness's eyes closed slowly.
Hatred: "Annoying kid..."
Wolf didn't know why, but he ran towards Hatred, fist raised. Hatred, however, was faster, and landed a solid blow in Wolf's stomach.
Hatred: "He was telling the truth, you know. How about I tell you everything. I don't care if you believe me or not."
Fox wanted to do something, but he felt that might put Wolf's life in danger, so he stay put.
Hatred: "Darkness was your brother, Wolf. Your older brother. One day, I felt I needed some... allies to help me defeat anything in my path. While you watched in horror, I killed your parents and took your brother. He obeyed me out of fear... that is, until today."
Wolf: "I don't remember any of this..."
Hatred: "Of course, you were an infant. Revenge was a dangerous criminal, who I recruited as well. The whole "dark side of you" idea was to hide the truth. The truth is that I am the Darkness of everything in this world! I only made Darkness seem like the leader so you would go after him, instead of me."
Wolf didn't know what to say. He tried to think of everything Hatred said, until Tabuu spoke in his mind.
Tabuu: "Wolf, I sense it. He tells the truth. There is only one thing left to do. Use my power, and avenge your family and friends!"
Wolf grabbed Hatred and threw him across the ruins. He slammed through many walls, until he made a dent in a stone wall.
Hatred: "That was good, better than your brother, of course."
Wolf dashed towards Hatred with amazing speed, and a battle started. Fox couldn't see what was happening, but he had seen one thing.
Perhaps for the first time in his life, Wolf O'Donnell shed a tear.
