Thats not bad man... fix the lighting for the poster on the right, turn the reflection down on the screen of the tv, and make the left poster a little taller and your good. Hit!

i'd say, align the top of the posters with the top of the screen :) ..yes about like this, now 1 inch left no no 2 inches right, ok tilt a bit to the left, there :)
