Low level mod like this doesn't affect mixture.With the fi I don't know how they
monitor mixture on this setup.

I didn't hear any improvement, seems like a lot of work to go through for little gain.
Best I ever did with a muffler like that was to use a cutting torch to cut the top off of it, then cut the baffles out, then weld the top back onto the muffler. Factory

look, almost straight pipe sound. Unfortunately I no longer have access to those tools.

The sound is a bit louder and has some good rumble.Real loud is not the goal.I could make the holes bigger for noise.That is not what i wanted.Just reduce a little backpressure.

I think most of us tinkerers have driven a rod or chisel into something and then had to figure out how to remove it. Your slide hammer is much better than pounding on vise grips. The vise grips don't end up looking too good in the end either.
