I'd love to know what's covered in the article, 'The Truth About Television'. Also -- do you have any idea what a 'tranceiver' is? Were they talking about a gizmo that's basically the same as a cell phone?

First, there is no "Truth about television"...then or now.
Secondly, a "transceiver" is a "transmitter/Receiver", akin to a cell phone, but since this one's bolted to the glove box...it would be closer to a CB two-way radio.

15 cents, and seeing what looked to be the Fairchild PT 19 (WWII trainer plane) I'm guessing this was in the late 30s. Am I right?
