2)how long after attack was this footage taken

3)what was the radius of the dust/debris area surrounding the WTC in feet/miles AND how does that square with the no dust/debris at this hospital more...

My view is that it's a "dream sequence" filmed long before 9/11 anywhere. The faces are all blurred out. They pan over a still of all the blurry faces and cut to some ambulance on the scene maybe at WTC... but they just showed it on 9/11 after the more...

Yes. They've then modified that footage for "generic" use, and in this case they may have mixed in some NYC ambulances etc. This footage is designed to calm people down and show that the Government is caring for citizens. They could show the same more...
