the only logical eplanation to me is : the videp wasnt redered yet. so they had to work with stills for the moment.
This clearly looks like CGI-video overlay done with Adobe Premiere or AVID or Final Cut pro to me. Its could have been done with a bluebox/blackbox/greenbox. more...

You've gotta be joking. Imagine this : mr." Park Foreman " does this incredible pan shot of a plane crashing into the tower and initially, being very jealous of his feat, releases only stills to CNN ?
