Not just you and the Japanese that like raw fish. Lots of Norwegian recipes around too!

Cute chicken feet, but is it just for the skin you eat it? or the batter it is dipped in? or is there meat on there at all?

Wow, lechon! Now THAT is one damned difficult thing to cook. One has to keep turning it continuously for hours. But it's delicious when it's done.

I think when the blood is poured on water it stays on top and when it's heated it stiffens. IT's then cut into cubes. :D
