I did not know about the natural aluminum pans heating as you stated but as I think about it I do recall things turning out as you said they do.

I am so glad!! They did contact me, but they said that they were booked right now. However, it did lead to a journalist on about.com finding out about me and putting a link to my site up. So, everyone's emails certainly made a difference. Thank you!! more...

You have such a neat chearfull personality when your cooking I tryed the cake and ohh my lord it was awesome. I had ladys at a baby shower asked for seconds and there was none guess I am going to have to make 2... Can you freeze this cake?

I am so glad everyone liked it! You most definitely can freeze it. Mine go so fast that I've never had to freeze it, so I'm unsure how long it lasts, but I have family members that have saved it in the freezer quite successfully. I'll find out from more...
