Our HHO generator has worked well but I made it better with a small modification to the neg plate. You can really see it make HHO gas!

Did you further seperate your plates here, don't know what your plates looked like prior to this.

I added electrodes to the neg plate which reach out close to the positive electrodes. They load up with gas and then surfaces behind the electrodes take over. Because the neg plate is so far away from the positive conductors, the current draw stays more...
