I have written out the following for my own defence in this matter regarding the incident.

I work at Scootopia, were we have 2 stores, one on the Northside at Grange, and another store on the Southside at Annerley. I had been working there for several months and my employer asked that I do promotional work when I get my liscense back. Also he requires me now on the Southside to work in the Annerley store 6 days a week.
So I had to move some where on the southside, to get to work within   more...a reasonable pattern.

I agreed to, and decided to buy a scooter for the task.

The scooter I bought was the last one in Australia, so this is why had bought it prior to getting my liscense back. It was an investment, because for one I bought it a cost price, and two because its very eye catching and would be ideal for the promotional work.
I had it delivered to my Ferny Hill residence and covered it up.


On the day it happened which happened to be a Saturday, I was moving from my old house in Ferny Hills to my new house in East Brisbane. Reasons for me moving are because of the new workplace and because I was finding it stressful living with my housemates.

On the thursday prior to myself moving on saturday, I went to a house inspection at East Brisbane. I was accepted on the Saturday at 9am, and packed and left the Ferny Hills house within a few hours. It was a HUGE rush to move.
I really wanted to get out of there because id been having troubles with most of the housemates.

My current girl friend helped me move the small ammount of things that I owned. The only thing I could not shift was the scooter. Worth 4 thousand dollars,the only thing I own of value, was sitting outside without me being there, so I was very worried it would be stolen, after my neigbours saw me moving out.
I had to move then and there, and nobody could help me ride it there. They all where away for the weekend riding down south.

Being strapped for money since I've just paid 800 dollars for bond and 2 weeks rent, I had NOTHING in my pockets to pay for a towing company to do it.



It was a STUPID thing to do, and I am EXTREMELY SORRY for doing this. I am guessing I was quite stressed about the situation and just did the only thing I could think of.






If I could be offered a working liscense I would be able to still continue my job at Scootopia. As I will not be fired from Scootopia if I cannot do the Promotional work.  less

trying to venture out of brisbane on the er6n, without getting nabbed by the cops! going for a short stint up to Noosa!! Always wanted to go there!

New clutch installed! Still no rollin foward tho hahaha...will take it into work tommorrow and have it fixed by a pro, since im not sure what would be wring now
