Four Year Old Madeleine McCann was abducted from her parent's apartment in Portugal March 3rd while her parents dined in a restaurant across the hall, not 50 yards away. Her status remains Missing. Recognition is key in finding her and bringing little Maddie safely back to her Mum and Dad. A "Find Madeline" web site has also been set up to take tips and donations. Madeline has a unique brown stripe in the lower region of her right eye.
They are now asking anyone who has been in the vicinity of the hotel to turn over any pictures they may have, in case there are clues about Maddie's disappearance in the background. You may upload photos at http://www.madeleine.ceopupload.com/
There is a L2.6M ($5.16M US) reward for information leading to Madeleine's safe return. However, I should hope that any person who helps does it out of the goodness of their heart and refuses the money, or donates it to a missing children charity such as Amber Alert.

The news from Haiti is devastating, and as we get more information, the story just gets worse. When people are suffering all over the world (think of more...those being blown up in Afghanistan and Pakistan too), is it appropriate for those of us whose lives are not directly affected to still feel good about our situations? Well...the least we can do...those of us that are fortunate and blessed as to not be directly affected, is to just do something. This will be one of my contributions: "Song for Haiti." When you listen to it, expect to hear the saddness of lives being lost. At the same time, expect to the strength which represents the resiliancy in the people.God have mercy...and bless the people of Haiti.Help them get through this time in a way that will help them to draw near to you as a country. I'm currently fostering this wonderful Labradoodle puppy for a puppy rescue here in Colorado, and I don't know how to contact the Obama's nationwide puppy more...search. The rescue doesn't know I'm making this video, for she'll be adopted to the first person who comes once she's made available- but I adore her, and want her to have the BEST possible home, for she's a real treasure, and my circumstances aren't right for adopting her myself. She has a winning personality. She's extremely friendly, great with people and kids and other animals (even cats), docile where it counts (doesn't mind her nails being filed, vaccinations), she's been wormed and vaccinated by the rescue, and is just finishing up the care for an infection she had when she arrived at the rescue. She eats well and has gained 2 lbs. in the past week. She'll likely be on the small end of Labradoodle size at 40-50 lbs full grown... which is still decent sized (not a "girly dog" as Obama once referred to a small breed). She has the doodle coat and doesn't shed. If my circumstances were different, I'd adopt her in a heartbeat. Of the fosters I've had, this one is an absolute treasure, and deserves the best home possible. This video was originally uploaded to CNN ireports. less
