Love can be many things. Love can be revolutionary and it can be standard. It can be positive and it can be negative. Love can make you the happiest person in the world, or the most sorrowful and loney individual living. It can make or break you in this life. Love can be found in all aspects of life, both good and bad. There is love in hate, in anger, in sadness and hopelessness. There is love in admiration, kindness, affection and understanding. Where there are people living there is love   more...exisiting. In each and every emotion that humans express, there was love first, making us passionate enough to feel in the first place. Love is the essence of life, it is the fuel that drives us to committment. We find dedication and focus, direction and determination through love. It is our just reward for completing the goals that we set out to meet. Love is virtous, it is devine, and is ultimately the last saving grace of mankind. Humans both desire and need love in order to succeed. It is the joy and happiness of life, it is that overwhelming feeling of knowing that everything will be ok in the end. Love is the heart and soul of companionship in this world. It is unity, it is understanding and respect, equality, peace and justice throughout. It is what holds friends, family and intimate partners together. It is the very glue that bonds all humans together, that protects us from harm, and makes us all feel at home. Love is comfort and relaxation. Love will forever exist if we want it to. Love is great.

Love is many things to many different people. But if there is one thing that love is not, is superficial. Love is real so don't let preference and social expectations be an influence in feeling towards others.

Lets not allow for love to die, don't overlook what it truly stands for. I see that as time passes, day to day, month to month, and year to year, we humans are continually distancing ourselves from feeling love and acting upon it. Instead we allow for our hatred and anger to control us and we act out in a very bad way. We have lost the core of what love is and what it can actually do in society. We must find more time for love, in every aspect of life. Government, politics, society, community, family, friends, partners, nature, animals, music, art, photography and especially each other. If we as people could learn to love everyone else just as much as we love ourselves or even more then I believe that the world would be a much better place. Peace.
