We used to have such terrible cars when we were young. They wouldn't be allowed on the roads nowadays!

Ha ha ha
I dit not really tell all about my cars, but what you say resembles my sad stories.
The Austin only lasted about 8 month, then came the VW, also has problems with the engine, the DKW was old already and used lots of fuel besides other problems,

before i eventualy got the VW Kombi i had GM, also engine Problems, a valve broke and dropped in the cylinder.
Finally the VW Kombi was the most reliable, i sold it with 180 000 miles on the clock. That car was part of my outdoor life......
You started a great story here that all of us have something to tell about. Thanks Georg

A Nash Rambler eh? What I found ironic about this Cavey was the only new car dealer we had in my town was Nash. He always had at least one new Nash in his small showroom. I'd go and look at it through the window and marvel at the shiny paint.

Thanks for the tag, Karst! This is a topic I will enjoy doing a video about, because I had a great bond with my first car. =)
