You did a great job with this, John! I hit you up. I loved the way you coordinated the music with the events in the story, it really made it come alive. I love African stories, my favorite character is Anansi the spider. Are you familiar with those

stories? "Shango" is the God of lightning represented by the two sided axe, if I remember correctly. I used to collect and study African art, Yoruba was my favorite. I had a twin figure but I lost it in a relationship break-up. I also had a Shango Dance Wand. Do you know why the Yoruba had so many twins? They found out it was because yams were a main part of their diet. Interesting fact, I think.

HEY!!!! These stories are great! They are so simple but have very deep meaning. I don't recall Anansi but I do remember reading a story about the spider that wove the web of reality. Not to many people know who Shango is. He is the spirit that I

felt the most connected to since I have been in Entertainment most of my life and have a very fun but fiery personality. YAY! I'm smiling from ear to ear over here!

Yeah....I don't read as many books as I used to. I read a lot on the internet though. I worked in Corporate America and didn't have time. I quit a couple of years ago andwill probably start reading again soon...I do miss it! It made me smarter.
