Spoiler for episode 37 (and possibly the other episodes depending on how you want to view it). Slight yaoi warning as well (Mikami at the end) ~ but more...if you don't know what yaoi is, you probably wouldn't notice.
After seeing the tragedy of episode 37, I wanted to do something lighthearted and fun with it. And Light did all those theatrical movements! Sexy Back just came to mind as a ridiculous mix. Everything else grew from that. Light's character is good-looking and popular ~ I'm pretty sure the original author mentioned she wanted that as a main part of Light's profile.
It's funny, when I was making this I was thinking "ha ha, I'm making Light do all these stupid things" but the end result was a bit surprising ~ people who wanted Light to escape might like this vid! (I don't think this video shows Light in a heroic fashion...what do you think?) I swear, I'm not condoning serial murderers. I don't want to give that impression! (from someone's comments on YouTube, they thought I was a Light fan). I simply like having fun with these characters!
(BTW I liked the way they ended the series - I thought Light had more dignity.) And from some comments, I better clear up that I'm not a Light fan/Kira supporter- I liked the anime ending because he got what was coming to him in a different way.
I'm not too familiar with the timing of subtitles (some may be too quick to read), but if you have to see it twice to understand it, that's a good thing, right?
