just read your blog. You make some good points, i think perhaps YouTube could claim to be the most unlucky company with regard to all these problems coming on or around the holiday season when they may be running on reduced staffing levels. Who knows, more...

NOTHING in the YouTube "blog" - if I was YouTube I would at least acknowledge the problems and use the blog to give us some feedback on how it's going. Clueless youngsters

An excellent blog Tom - given its' audience, I would say it is about right level of detail and background. I perhaps thought the "lessons drawn" part could have been a bit longer, but I enjoyed it nontheless
