I believe it is well known that as education increases, belief in god decreases. Whereas, I think approximately 90 % of the general population believes in god, I think that drops to about 7% of the best and the brightest.

The elder's comment "That man is too smart for his own good" reminded me of a conversation I had with my philosophy professor in college. He told me that roughly 10 % of his colleagues have faith in God. I thought this was very interesting considering more...
