Great to see a rebirth of the city. I was trough there in 1995 and it was pretty much a wasteland in parts. I didn't know then why the decline occurred. I wish I had owned a camera then. I'd have taken some photos.

It's going slowly. The government's corrupt, there's abject poverty, but there's pockets of light. Glad you enjoyed it.
