What part of New York do you live in? Which police department do I need to call to report you?
But seriously, even if you put aside the moral implications, shoplifting leads to higher prices which hurts us all in the long run. Also, if you keep stealing,

EVENTUALLY you will get caught. Though I'm sure you don't want to think of it like this, you are now officially a criminal. The only difference between you and some other girl standing before a judge is that you didn't get caught.
BTW, I'm not judging you. I can't. I've stolen a few things in my time too. I speak from experience when I tell you that justifying can be your biggest enemy. By justifying I mean arguments like when you decided it was OK to take the belt because the store wasn't going to be able to sell it anyway due to the pricing glitch. Every time you justify like that it gets a little easier. Again, I'm not judging, but speaking from experience.
God Bless

Everyone's stolen something at least once. Habitual stealing is like habitual gambling....same kind of vibe.

If this you've done makes you sick in your mind, i think thats the major problem, after reading all this comments , i give you my idea. Inside big shops they have an information counter where you can handle out this price problem. You can act like you

just got this rope from the rack. if they dont agree you ask for the director and let some teardops flow down your cheek
And unfortunately you stole me a video last week. this one about "mind your own business". I often get in trouble with my family meddling in others business. So for to cool down myself i opened zwoons cannel to watch this video. 12 view counts where mine i swear !
Fortunately i've seen the fried fishy story , thats some comfort.

Okay zwoon I know what you're sayin...i guess it sounds kinda appealing because when you think about it you're getting something you really want and honestly who loses out? It's not like some big store would really get hurt by you taking a couple things
more...
but when you really think about it..it's honestly too risky to do. Even if it seems like everyone gets away with it, actually getting caught definitely happens. If you actually did get caught it would end up being kind of a big deal. Anyway just my opinion, i dont think you should end up trying to get clothes that way.

I shoplifted a lot when I was young- age 9 to about 15.
I did it cuz it was a rush. It was pushing how far I could go. First jewelry, then little odds and ends, then jeans. Then a Christmas Tree. Yeah...a tree.
and a cheese wheel.

Thanks, Zwoon, for bringing up such a provocative topic. It really needs to be talked about openly. However, I'd be careful about confessing a crime to potentially thousands of people. There are detectives out there who can search sites for topics

like this, and on LV in particular, they can search not just the tags but the video titles, too.
That being said, I really appreciate your candor. It is a problem in our society, especially among young people. I used to know kids in elementary school who stole candy and small toys. I also knew teenage girls and adult women who did it habitually. But I feel that it is wrong, whether you're stealing something small, stealing something to get back at a store, stealing for the thrill, or stealing because you need it. Stealing is wrong because it is dishonest, and it destroys trust. It sounds like you were brought up with those values, too, and if I were you, I would stick with them. Stealing may get you a few free items, but it's really not worth it in the long run when you get caught. I personally would not hang out with kids who steal if I were you. They are a bad influence. Or at least I would try to talk them out of doing it. There is help available to break the habit - counselors, therapists, etc. It's a really bad road to go down, so I hope you will stop it in yourself while you still can. <3

i actually dont know anyone that has stole anything atleast that im trying to think of. Like maybe food or something but i cant recall a time that someone i know did.
personally it just ruins it for everyone else if someone steals because they the store

isnt making enough money and they have to jack up the prices. So over all its pointless and you might get caught and personally i would feel so bad even if it was like 50 cents or something. I would just feel bad. i dont know thats me though. Also you got to think about it .. would you like people to know that your known for stealing? i personalitly wouldnt but thats the consequences.
