I have a strong temper if I'm not careful, and have to be every watchful of my emotions. Few times in my life has it sneaked out because I am very aware of this shortcoming in myself. BIG HUGS

This is a great video.. It happened one time when I was angry at another person, Best thing to do is to walk away. Then ask God for peace and forgiveness in their hearts.

Very good piece. I said before that some people are driven by stress and they love to be in arguments. My X was like that.
Reminds me of the saying " it is better to have loved and lost, than to stay with that crazy bithc another minute" >;o)
