You are misinterpreting the idea of predestination. God knows that which will come, but having given us free will does not interfere with our choices to serve Him or to turn from His grace.

Also I would like to add that you did reasonably well quoting scripture...however i would suggest looking into the root of the Bible since there are so many versions out there. I believe you will find the "Douay-Rheims" version to be the earliest and more...
