The FBI is doing some investigations. There will no doubt be lawsuits and maybe even prosecutions. But a lot of things that were done were legal, so I don't think your idea will fly. Nice thought though!

Here's a thought - how about a class action lawsuit vs these 400 families who have "benefited" for fraudulent activity and adding to the economic downfall of the US... or am I being too extreme?
