I didn't actually think they ate bugs...matter of fact, there is a "Reptile" store close to our house that we frequent quite often, that has given us very helpful information on these lovely creatures....I will own one someday! :-)

Yeah iguanas CAN NOT have any bugs or other animal protein it will destroy their liver! Mine does great on a diet of collared greens, mustard greens, squash, carrots, green beans and sometimes a treat of bananas. He is only a baby, 5 weeks old so I dust more...

for the record, iguanas dont generally eat bugs, they're not healthy for the them. Mainly they eat veggies, and fruits. And they do okay with other animals, i have 11 animals all together. 2 of my pets are iguanas, they're still babies, and the best more...

one igg and 5 cats :3 one cat actualy loves on my igg, just never leave em alone with out watching them if ya get one. should try leaving out strawberries for them, iggs love em.

Yeah!! Heh.....every time I watch this video -and I watch it often- it makes me laugh when I say "I LOVE these creatures"..I don't know....it just sounds funny to me...I was SO excited when I saw him.....or her. I really do want one as a pet.
